The Urban Grocer in Buenos Aires

Submitted by Caitlin Zaino on November 22, 2011 – 2:01 pmOne Comment

It’s one thing to write about the amazing people and trends emerging from a new culinary movement in cities around the world. It’s another to take to the streets, camera in hand, to showcase these young pioneers on the small screen.

So when LA-based 2Tall Productions and Caitlin Zaino, Founding Editor of The Urban Grocer, had the opportunity to head down to Buenos Aires to capture that city’s culinary trends, they were more than thrilled to share what they found.

Throughout 2011, the result of this spectacular food-filled trip to this South American hotspot was shared with Cooking Channel audiences around the US. The video above is a quick one-minute montage of some of our favorite moments from the Buenos Aires special.

If you’d like to get involved, holler. There’s a world of food out there worth capturing.
