Do You Smell Bacon? Bacon Cologne

Submitted by on April 15, 2011 – 1:44 am3 Comments

I love to see fresh herbs growing in spring. I love the taste of first peaches in summer. And I love the smell of bacon on a Saturday morning. Especially when I haven’t cooked anything yet. So what is that intoxicating aroma? It’s Bacon Cologne from Fargginay. The year was 1920 and quite by accident John Fargginay, a Parisian butcher discovered the ability to dramatically elevate his customers’ mood with a secret recipe blending 11 popular pure essential oils with the essence of bacon. But fret not, foodies! You won’t be slathering yourself in cooking grease. These are sophisticated aromas. There is a top, middle, and bottom note comprised of essential oils, flowers, herbs and the essence of bacon. Making it just the right amount of sexy meat scent.
