Raw Fish in Lime Juice: Viti Levu, Fiji

Submitted by David Pyefinch on January 11, 2011 – 11:00 amOne Comment

From Tasmanian-based foodie filmmaker David Pyefinch comes this beautiful marriage of photography, song, and food as we watch Moushmi Sami prepare raw fish marinated in lime juice, or kokoda as it’s known in Viti Levu, Fiji where this is lovingly shot. This “Recipe for Love” highlights Pyefinch’s mission to show real chefs in their own kitchens, cooking. For more striking foodie-friendly videos, visit YouChew.

Awesome video! This dude Pyefinch is very talented!!! And the recipe looks great too! Almost like a version of ceviche meets coconut milk….might try this one – or a variation of it. Nice work Caitlin!!
