Sleek reservoirs known as beervaults line this chic new bar in a rainbow of gold, amber and brown hues. Beervaults are clever little contraptions that extract the beer from bottled beer in a manner that prevents them from being exposed to the air so that they can be poured like fresh draught for up to 3 days. Now you can enjoy those great boutique beers via the luxury of a poured pint.

This isn’t the only thing Biero has to offer either – the menu lists some tantalizing tapas specially created to complement your beer and even provides suggested beer pairings.
