The Geek Gods: Brew Nerds

The geek gods have spoken: Brew Nerds – a little cafe in Winston-Salem, North Carolina – makes the best coffee this side of your high school physics lab. These guys take their coffee seriously, ‘micro-roasting’ their beans on-site twice a week and serving it up in geek chic cups labeled in milliliters, just like in science class. If you’re hungry, just ask for a Wedgie – a hefty chunk of bread toasted and topped with Nutella, cream-cheese frosting, peanut butter, or cinnamon sugar. But don’t overlook the java. The nerds say their brew is “the best coffee in the galaxy…maybe even in the universe.” Oh, and watch out – they also know kung fu.
