What better way to kick-start your weekend than with a basket of drool-inducing baked goods delivered right to your front door? All of you Londoners out there should count yourselves lucky, because Le Dolci – purveyors of ‘deliciously addictive’ cupcakes, tarts, pies, and Sicilian treats – has started a cake club service that makes its deliveries every Friday all over the city. The little outfit, which was just launched last year, uses all-natural ingredients ‘baked in an old-fashioned style’ to create goodies that will take you straight to sugar-high heaven. Some highlights: fresh lemon tarts, strawberry shortcake cupcakes, chocolatey cookies, and twice-baked biscotti. TGIF, anyone?
